
Welcome to the Online Employment Application system for AeroFlight Academy of Aviation, Inc.
There are two forms in our online application process: an Employment Application and a Background Check Application.
First is the Employment Application, on the last page of which is a button for submitting the application.
Following submission of the Employment Application, you will be presented with a transition page to access the Background Check Application.
Once submitted, the Background Check Application completes your application process.
For your application to be accepted, the forms must be completed in order, and in one on-line session.
If necessary, you may end the session and start again by exiting
your web browser and returning to this site. All information will be lost, and must be input again, starting with the Employment Application.
You may want to gather the following information before beginning your application process:
- Social Security Number.
- Ten-year address history, including ZIP Codes and dates of residence.
- Passport information (for In-flight positions.)
- Data regarding your military service, if any.
- Ten-year employment history, including exact name of employer, city, state and dates of employment, your position, your supervisor and salary.
- Education information, including names of schools, degree/diploma information, city, state and dates of attendance.
- Driver's License data, including exact name on license.
- Any data regarding criminal convictions, including charge(s), jurisdiction(s) and date(s).
